We utilized Ontrack to move us from the Bay Area up to Oregon. We needed 2 trucks (which we filled to the brim) and the Ontrack moving team were incredible to work with. The loading was lightning fast, they were positive and upbeat the entire time, and they took great care in protecting furniture and safely getting everything moved up to Oregon. Here in Oregon, Rodrigo, Victor, and Mauricio took painstaking care in the unloading of our stuff, room placement, and the rebuilding of furniture. They worked tirelessly all day until done and were a joy to work with. After having an absolutely terrible cross-country move experience with a different company, I was very skeptical of how the process would work with Ontrack. The team from Ontrack moving did a great job moving my parents out of their storage unit and into the new condo. Ivan (the foreman), Carlos, and Jorge were on time, careful with my parents' belonging, including some delicate antiques, and communicated well with my parents to be sure that everything was placed where it was supposed to go. We worked with this company for 3 times during the past 4-5 months. They are great! Edgar, Carlos X, Jonathan helped us this time. They are the best!! They moved fast and protected our things very well. When we were at our new house, they used carpet to protect our new floor and moved things to the room we wanted them to be.
